Camp Jordan Welcomes David Palmer for the BEST SUMMER EVER!

To our Camp Jordan Family; camper, parents, counselors, alumni, and friends:

I am so excited to be able to announce Dave Palmer as our Acting Camp Jordan Director! Dave has been involved in the Camping Business for more than 40 years. He has led camps in Minnesota, Tennessee, and California. He has been a member of 25 Camping Leaders Task Force to design future directions for YMCA Camping. He has created new programs for many of the camps he has worked with, increasing their participation, growing their camps, and ensuring an amazing camp experience for all! I could write pages about the accomplishments of Dave Palmer, but suffice it to say, he is a CAMPING EXPERT, and will add so much to Camp Jordan this summer for EVERYONE—our campers, staff, parents, and our incredible Camp Jordan community.

He has heard from me how fantastic our staff is at Camp Jordan, and especially about the incredible passion and leadership of Jayci Fournier (Orca) as our Assistant Camp Director. He has also heard all about the talents and experience of John Quinn (Tree Beard) as our Adventure Seekers Director. Orca and Treebeard have already started working with Dave, and I am so confident they are forming a dynamic team. Between Dave, Orca, Treabeard, and the rest of our incredible returning staff and new staff, THIS WILL BE AN AMAZING SUMMER AT CAMP JORDAN.
