The Bangor Region YMCA Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
I agree to pay the balance of camp fees on or before May 1, 2026. I understand that the credit card on file will be drafted for any remaining balance on May 1, 2026. I understand that reserved space may not be held past May 1, 2026 without full payment. Any registration made after June 1 must be paid in full at the time of registration. No child may attend camp without full payment. The $200 deposit per session is not refundable for any reason. A refund of all paid funds minus deposits will be available if cancelled by May 1, 2026. No refunds are provided if cancelled after June 1, 2023. All cancellations must be received in writing. I understand that I am financially responsible for full payment regardless of my child’s attendance if I do not provide written request to cancel prior to May 1, 2026. After May 1, 2026 the Bangor YMCA may make exceptions to this policy in the case of injury or illness, and a request for consideration must be accompanied by a doctor’s note. I understand in the event of injury or illness efforts will be made to arrange for my child to attend a more appropriate session, prior to considering a monetary refund.
